At this point in the game's life cycle, Ones to Watch items can give a major increase to a player's team.It is unfair to not have certain players getting the OTW items they could have been guaranteed when they pre-ordered their Ultimate Edition of the game.


EA has since apologized for the Ones to Watch pre-order pack mistake and has announced that the following on their official FIFA Direct Communication Twitter account:


We are expecting EA to help affected gamers by redistributing Ones to Watch pre-order packs that were in error in the first place, and offering the opportunity to FIFA 23 Coins for sale  obtain an OTW card.EA will most likely allow affected players to keep the Gold merchandise they received through the Ones to Watch pre-order packs.
